Their diverse project portfolio spans high-end residential, commercial developments, and educational facilities offering a stimulating and rewarding environment for design professionals.ABOUT THE POSITION.As a Hydraulic Revit Modeler, you’ll play a key role in shaping the hydraulic design of complex building projects. Working alongside a team of experienced engineers and designers, you’ll produce accurate and coordinated 3D models that align seamlessly with broader multidisciplinary designs. This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of impactful projects while refining your skills in a supportive and forward-thinking team.DUTIES.

Model and draft hydraulic systems for building services projects
Coordinate design and documentation with multidisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards
Perform hydraulic calculations to support system design and compliance

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

Previous project experience within Building Services
Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and Bluebeam
Strong knowledge of local building codes and standards
Excellent written and verbal communication
