We're seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to ensure the ongoing operation, maintenance, and enhancement of our Financial Management Information System (FMIS). You'll partner with stakeholders across the business to solve problems, improve reporting, and make sure the system continues to meet both day-to-day needs and long-term strategic goals.Your responsibilities
  • Manage service requests for system and report development
  • Assist with the design, testing and rollout of system changes and upgrades
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to FMIS users
  • Validate, reconcile and analyse data to ensure reporting accuracy
  • Contribute to project planning and implementation within the finance division
  • Monitor database security and data governance for audit compliance
  • Create and maintain system documentation (process flows, user guides, config records)
  • Deliver training and support for financial system users
What you'll bring
  • Hands-on experience with integrated financial systems in large, complex environments
  • Strong understanding of data integration, extraction, analysis and interpretation
  • Knowledge of reporting tools such as SQL, XLONE, Power BI
  • Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical info for non-technical audiences
  • A curious mindset and the ability to generate practical, innovative solutions
