
Finance System Analyst

- Manage service requests for system and report development
- Assist with the design, testing and rollout of system changes and upgrades
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to FMIS users
- Validate, reconcile and analyse data to ensure reporting accuracy
- Contribute to project planning and implementation within the finance division
- Monitor database security and data governance for audit compliance
- Create and maintain system documentation (process flows, user guides, config records)
- Deliver training and support for financial system users
- Hands-on experience with integrated financial systems in large, complex environments
- Strong understanding of data integration, extraction, analysis and interpretation
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as SQL, XLONE, Power BI
- Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical info for non-technical audiences
