We believe that the strength and quality of our relationships will always be central to our success and are deeply connected to our purpose: Unlock potential, create tomorrow.The OpportunityThe management business comprises fee revenue earned from Funds, Property and Development Management activities, as well as the corporate costs (compensation, technology, facilities, professional fees, training and travel).The Senior Finance Analyst will be responsible for business partnering with senior executives to accurately forecast, analyse and report on the executive’s profit and loss statement. Deliverables of this role will assist in informing business decisions, providing valuable insights to teams outside of finance.You will be responsible for:Monthly forecasting over a three year outlook including analysis of the forecast and comparisons against budge and prior forecastsMonitoring a senior executive’s profit and loss statement to identify and provide valuable insightsCalculation of forecast fee revenue and understanding movements of the driversPreparation of scenario analysis to support decision makingIdentifying and monitoring key risks and opportunities to the forecastEffectively business partnering and providing ad hoc analytical support across senior stakeholdersAbout YouThe ideal candidate will demonstrate strong understanding and experience in a management reporting role and showcase a well-developed analytical skillset. Through your ability to drive analytical insights, and translate financial information to non-financial stakeholders, you will support critical decision making and outcomes. Partnered with an agile and adaptable approach, and strong problem-solving skills - you will proactively seek opportunities for continuous improvement across processes and procedures.
