There are ongoing minor enhancements and bug fixes on the application. We have just started development of a new application using Angular.

- Monitor system operation
- Provide advice to customers
- Follow incident and change management processes
- Design and develop code for software and applications according to the project specifications.
- Build prototypes to validate technology and project requirements.
- Run and monitor unit, system, and integration level tests.
- Analyse test results and deliver solutions to problem areas.
- Roster on-call support.
- Contribute to the system and services requirements gathering and documentations for both users and developers.
- Comply with engineering and project management procedures and processes.
- Other tasks as directed by the project or service delivery manager.
- Provide response to application development maintenance and support requests and defect fixes.
- Develop and maintain regular communication channels with customers and managing customer expectations.
- Build and maintain high levels of customer service.
- Focus on ongoing improvement of application and support services.
- Assist in analysis, design, and develop enhancements to the application.
- Perform testing for applications changes and defect fixing.
