We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Office Administrator – Allrounder to join our dynamic team.About the Role
This is a varied and hands-on role that will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will support the daily operations of the office and assist with a wide range of administrative tasks.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:· General reception duties: answering phones, greeting visitors· Data entry, filing, and maintaining office records· Assisting with accounts payable/receivable and invoicing· Supporting internal departments with administrative tasks· Ordering office supplies and coordinating deliveries· Other ad hoc office duties as requiredSkills and Experience:· Previous experience in an administration or office support role with 2 years experience in a similar role· Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite essential)· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Highly organised with attention to detail· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities· A positive attitude and willingness to assist across departmentsWhat We Offer:· A friendly and supportive team environment· Full training and ongoing support· Opportunity to grow within the business· Competitive salary based on experience· Great Places to work accreditedBenefits
