We are looking for a skilled Business Systems Analyst to become a key member of our Business Systems team.In this role, you will take ownership of supporting, maintaining, and improving our core business applications, including InspHire Corporate , leveraging Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.You’ll combine technical know-how with a collaborative approach to deliver system solutions that help our people work smarter.What You’ll Do

Configure, maintain, and enhance systems to meet evolving business requirements.
Manage large-scale data imports with accuracy and efficiency.
Build and run SQL queries to produce actionable reports and insights for various stakeholders.
Design and update Crystal Reports for operational and strategic needs.

What You’ll Bring

At least 3 years’ hands-on experience administering and supporting business systems using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
Prior experience with InspHire Corporate is highly advantageous.
Strong analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.

Your Background

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
