Access the**PREVIOUSLY ADVERTISED AS RSHQ630187 Service Operations Lead - PREVIOUS APPLICANTS WILL NEED TO REAPPLY**Reporting to the Technology Infrastructure Manager, the Service Operations Lead is responsible for ensuring effective operations of digital, information and technology services, aligned to the ITIL framework. The role is an escalation point for incident and request management and a key interface for the business, ensuring that operational requirements are prioritised and addressed in accordance with business needs and best practice.The role description will outline any qualifications, licences and specific requirements of the role.
