We have forged a dominant industry presence in a very short period of time through our consultative approach to recruitment, and transparent approach to client and candidate management.CrewSELECT require a Material Handler for an ongoing position for our client based in Canning Vale.The client is a leading supplier of quality windows, doors, shower screens, mirrors, wardrobes and splash backs to new homes across the Perth Metro region.YOU MUST HAVE FULL UNRESTRICTED WORKING RIGHTS.Job Overview:

Ability to manually handle and move glass safely throughout the factory.
Ability to manually handle and store large quantities of aluminium extrusions.
Self-motivated and ability to learn quickly.
Team player; ability to work well within a team environment.
Genuine work ethic with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Good written and excellent oral communication.
Ability to adhere to WHS policies and procedures.

What’s in it for you:

Ongoing role with the possibility of permanency for the right candidate.
$35.00 per hour plus penalties. (Casual Rate)
$28-$30 per hour plus penalties. (Full-time Rate)
40 to 50 hours per week.
Standard hours:

Monday - Thursday 6.30am - 3.00pm.
Friday 6.30am - 12.30pm.
Regular overtime offered.

About you:

Proven experience in a Warehouse or Factory role lifting and moving heavy and fragile materials throughout a factory environment.
Any experience in doors or windows is highly advantageous.

Tickets and licenses required:

Reliable transport to and from the workplace.
Current C Class Drivers Licence.
Forklift License preferred.
Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test.
Police Clearance within 12 months
