This exciting role oversees the successful management of our remote project concrete plants. Exceptional customer service, people management, strong commercial acumen and high-level administration skills are essential.Key Deliverables:Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Managing specific site projects in remote locationsManagement of a concrete batch plant, agitator truck fleet, drivers and plant staffMaintaining health and safety, quality, environment and maintenance of assetsManaging the project contract, including client relationships and customer serviceEnsuring delivery and maintenance of high-level project documentationBackground and Experience required:Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar roleTotal dedication to safety and risk managementExcellent organisation and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership skills, with the ability to problem solveComputer literacy, contract, logistics and resourcing experience highly valued.A valid C Class Driver's LicenseWhat we offer:Competitive salary, plus allowancesCompany provided uniform and PPEBe part of highly recognised global brand name and growing organisationOngoing career, training, and development opportunities with an Australian wide businessHeidelberg Materials Australia is proud of our culturally diverse and inclusive workforce.
