It is a full time role.Besides the room service, the unique French/Mediterranean hotel breakfast restaurant, you will have the opportunity to work at our newly launched Lobby Bar & Rooftop Bar with refurbished swimming pool: talk about breathtaking Ocean Views!Our passionate team creatively crafts moments of indulgence for our customers, offering unique dining experiences through traditional techniques and the finest ingredients with a contemporary flair.QualificationsWhat we are looking for from candidates;
- Must have full Australian working rights
- Experience as a Breakfast Chef.
- A person who can oversee and run the breakfast shift, which involves a full buffet breakfast and a live omelet station.
- Ensure food standards, preparation, presentation and cooking techniques meet Brand Standard guidelines and are maintained at that level
- Involves in the stock control, food preparation and service as well as a strong focus on customer interaction.
- Ensure the highest possible standard of hygiene is practiced and maintained by the entire Kitchen Brigade to meet Health & Safety regulations and HACCP food preparation guidelines
- Cultivate a positive work environment where learning and personal development are benchmarks by which quality improvement is drive
