We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team.Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice and support on a range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
Partner with managers to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organisational goals and values.
Conduct thorough investigations and provide guidance on complex HR issues.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance manager and employee knowledge of HR practices.
Stay informed about changes in legislation and industry best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

What We're Looking For:

AQF Level 7 in Human Resource Management or similar or equivalent in work experience
Proven experience in a senior HR Business Partner role, preferably in a public sector or large organisation.
Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
