We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and support on a range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
- Partner with managers to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organisational goals and values.
- Conduct thorough investigations and provide guidance on complex HR issues.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance manager and employee knowledge of HR practices.
- Stay informed about changes in legislation and industry best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- AQF Level 7 in Human Resource Management or similar or equivalent in work experience
- Proven experience in a senior HR Business Partner role, preferably in a public sector or large organisation.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
