- Develop and execute sales strategies across key agricultural regions to drive growth
- Identify and secure new clients, distributors, and strategic partnerships
- Lead and support a geographically dispersed sales team while managing key accounts
- Build strong relationships with growers, agronomists, and industry stakeholders
- Provide market insights, maintain accurate CRM records, and report results to the executive team
- Proven success in national or senior agricultural sales leadership, with a strong track record of exceeding targets
- Deep understanding of Australian farming systems, crop protection, and rural markets
- Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and building lasting client relationships
- Strong leadership and experience working across reseller, co-op, and direct-to-farm channels
- CRM discipline, structured sales process expertise, and flexibility to travel regularly
