Due to a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, we are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee crews, plant, resources and ensure works are completed to the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise civil crews, plant and resources to deliver works efficiently and safely.
Monitor and enforce strong OHS standards and quality compliance.
Manage project budgets, schedules and reporting.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Lead and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience managing crews, plant and resources in a civil environment.
Strong understanding of OHS and quality compliance standards.
Demonstrated experience managing budgets and timelines.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and problem-solve effectively.
