
Rural Products Sales Rep

- Develop long-term relationships with growers and agribusiness clients
- Identify sales opportunities and provide practical, product-based advice
- Support accurate inventory management and stock availability
- Coordinate orders, deliveries, and quotes to ensure a seamless client experience
- Contribute to branch targets, team performance, and safe work practices
- Help present a well-organised, welcoming and professional retail environment
- Experience in a sales, retail or customer-facing role (agricultural product knowledge highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of seasonal cycles, rural products and local producer needs
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
- Current HR driver’s licence, forklift licence and Agsafe accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
- A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service
