This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join their team as a Junior Mortgage Broker. Whether you come from a background in banking, finance, or sales, this role offers a clear pathway into mortgage broking with full training and mentorship provided.
You’ll be enrolled in a structured two-year development program designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to build a successful broking career. With access to qualified leads, a wide panel of lenders, a supportive broking team and cutting-edge CRM systems, you’ll have everything you need to thrive in a high-performing, energetic team.Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the home loan journey with tailored lending solutions
- Manage loan applications from initial enquiry through to settlement
- Build long-term relationships with clients through trust and expertise
- Lead generation and building your own networks
- Stay informed on lender policies, compliance requirements and market trends
- Learn and grow under the mentorship of experienced brokers and sales leaders
- Hands-on, 2-year training and mentorship program
- Retainer for the first 4 months

- Exposure to a wide panel of lenders and assistance with qualified leads

- Experience in banking, finance, sales or other
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (essential)
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Motivation to build your own client base and achieve results
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the industry
