Opportunities are based in Canberra, Sydney, or Melbourne, with flexibility depending on project needs.About the OpportunityYou'll join Australia's largest and most experienced team supporting the acquisition, sustainment and disposal of Defence munitions and complex systems. Our teams work closely with Defence clients across nationally significant programs that are shaping sovereign capability.You'll help manage and deliver ILS services across the full lifecycle, from planning and acquisition through to in-service support and disposal, ensuring capability is effective, safe, and sustainable.What You'll Be DoingDepending on your level of experience, your responsibilities could include:

Coordinating and delivering logistics support analysis
Reviewing and managing contractor deliverables
Developing and updating ILS documentation and plans
Drafting statements of work and contributing to procurement processes
Supporting or leading technical reviews
Advising on sustainment strategy and support system design
Coordinating integrated logistics activity across projects

What You'll BringWe're looking for professionals with experience in:

Acquisition logistics, sustainment, or asset management
Developing or reviewing support system strategies
Managing the interface between logistics, engineering, and project teams
Applying standards and compliance requirements in a Defence environment
Solving complex problems and identifying opportunities for improved support outcomes
