- Build Data Design and Data Migration Strategy defining the methodology and approach of migration to S4HANA from various legacy environments
- Build the data migration plan, prepare, and execute data migrations for the entire duration of the project
- Prepare for and lead data design workshops with the clients
- Understand the best-practice scope & be able to guide and direct clients in adopting them
- Design, build, test and deploy data migration ETL programs especially using BODS and Data Migration Cockpit
- Help client understand the data cleansing efforts based on the business processes and provide the data cleansing approach focusing on the resources, and schedule needed to perform the clean-up of legacy data
- Build and implement Master Data Governance framework and operating model for the client that enables effective management of client information to take advantage of data for decision making
- Apply Deloitte tools and methodologies to design, configure, build, and test application functionality
- Viewed as subject matter expert on data migration, data management and deployment through migration cycles
- Lead highly skilled senior and junior, small sized project teams
- Provide training to users and fellow consultants
- Min 4 - 6 years' experience with SAP BODS, Data migration and ETL processes
- Experience of data migration and data management in at least 2 end to end S4HANA implementations
- Very good knowledge of SAP Data Migration Cockpit, ability to enhance DMC and experience of debugging and isolating DMC issues
- Experience in migrating data for multiple SAP modules - FI, EAM, SD, PR, SC, PS and cross functional and core data objects - Business Partners, Material Master Must have solid client engagement skills/expertise
- Capability to lead design, build, testing and deployment for a 2-3 member data migration team with deep technical and functional experience.
- Strong communication & presentation skills - both written and verbal

- Experience with SAP ABAP, LSMW, Recording, Debugging will be a treated as a huge advantage
- Experience in configuring and using SAP MDG for master data management will be a huge advantage
