Anglicare is currently seeking multiple Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners to join our dedicated team at the Family Relationship Centre in Parramatta, with opportunities available on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum three days per week).In this role, you will assist separated families in reaching parenting and property agreements through tailored mediation approaches—including child-inclusive practice, lawyer-assisted mediation, and online mediation—helping them move forward with clarity, dignity, and care.Your Opportunity
  • Deliver high-quality family dispute resolution services
  • Use flexible mediation models suited to each family’s needs
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments including child safety and wellbeing
  • Apply child-inclusive practices to ensure children’s voices are heard
  • Maintain accurate client records and contribute to service excellence
What You’ll Bring
  • Tertiary qualification in law, behavioural sciences, or equivalent
  • Accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner or completed requirements
  • Experience in counselling or mediation with families and children
  • Strong understanding of family and domestic violence dynamics
  • NSW Driver’s Licence and Working with Children Check
