From coordinating projects to supporting impact reporting, you'll keep things running smoothly and make sure our efforts are meaningful and well-documented. It's a part-time (3x days per week) role based in either Sydney or Melbourne offices, with flexible work options and plenty of variety day to day.What do I need?

Solid coordination skills and a love for keeping projects on track
Confidence working with data and reporting tools (bonus if you're curious about AI)
A knack for building relationships and keeping communication clear
Comfortable juggling inboxes, calendars, and community queries
Always looking for ways to improve how things are done
