- You will manage a portfolio of critical customers. Be responsible for planning, profit and contract management
- In this role, you will increase the profitability of the portfolio through effective price & contract management, increase zone density and profitable use of product substitution. drive commercialize new business wins consistent with the agreed terms
- You will also generate & convert leads through identifying customer business growth opportunities to grow sales and/or volume density
- Understand, monitor and report competitor activity and market trends
- Further, you will maintain an active pipeline of opportunities ensuring all information and interactions are recorded in SalesForce CRM
- You will drive improvement in the provision of products/services to customers and develop mutually rewarding relationships
- Comply with BOC Safety Standards, Process, Procedures & Regulations
- You hold excellent sales skills
- Hands on experience in preparing strategic customer action plan
- PC skills like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Salesforce CRM and SAP are desirable
- You possess strong understanding of price management (grow margin, pricing and profit) and solid business acumen
- Advance presentation skills with excellent business development and influencing skills
- Also, you are passionate about on-going development to enhance technical expertise in relevant field
