- Support to the PM team with all design and quality management aspects.
- Lead the implementation and execution of all Design and Quality Management workstreams to provide a single source of truth for the client.
- Managing design discipline interface and integration between the TSI, BOP and NSP contractors.
- Review document deliverables for compliance with Project Agreements including notification to the Principal of any issues with the contents of deliverables.
- In conjunction with the Owner's Engineer, managing and reporting on the status of the Project Documents.
- Maintain oversight of RFI responses to ensure timely close out of queries, including maintaining an RFI register.
- Key point of contact for the Client with both the Owners Engineer and Lenders Engineer.
- Attend hold points and witness points identified in Contractors ITPs and ITRs on Site as required.
- Management of the review process for the Contractors submitted Quality documentation.
- Support change control processes, assessing variations, scope changes, and their financial impacts.
- Provide input into risk management and mitigation planning from a cost perspective.
- 10 or more years of experience in Design and Quality Management, preferably within the Wind Farm industry.
- Advanced proficiency in all standard industry systems and tools with Design and Quality Management.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Australian citizenship.
