We’re offering a supportive, high-quality Heavy Vehicle Driver program designed to help you grow. You’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship in automatic concrete trucks, and we’ll pay you while you earn your Heavy Rigid License. We’ll also provide all your uniforms and safety gear so you’re set up for success from day one.Once you’ve obtained your license, you’ll continue with two weeks of on-the-job training alongside one of our experienced Driver Trainers. During this time, you’ll deepen your understanding of our business: from concrete delivery and safety practices to environmental standards and technical insights, while gaining valuable driving experience.You’ll have the opportunity to be based at one of our four Adelaide metro concrete plants: Port Adelaide, Lonsdale, Smithfield, or Magill. We are also open to candidates being based out of our Angaston Concrete Plant.What you’ll bring to the team:We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are ready to embrace a new challenge with confidence and positivity.No truck license? No problem! In fact, if you already hold a Heavy Rigid license, this opportunity isn’t for you.We’ll guide you through every step of the training and licensing process. You don’t need prior experience—just the following:

A valid Australian Driver’s License (automatic or manual) held for at least 2 years, with a solid driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment commercial driver medical, including a drug test
Willingness to meet licensing criteria, including declarations about medical history, interlock devices, fines, and disqualifications

You’ll stay calm and adaptable in changing situations, and you’ll approach challenges with a thoughtful and rational mindset.Your commitment to safety, time management, and following regulations will be key.
