PermanentAs a Senior Structural Drafter you will be responsible for drafting and detailing on a variety of structural plans. You must have temporary works experience, ideally on infrastructure projects. structural plans for the construction of temporary structures/buildings, for infrastructure projects across Australia and New Zealandand will be a crucial part of the construction engineering team. Experience in Revit (Design Software) is essential for this role.Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and drafting temporary works structures for major rail project.
- Ensuring seamless integration of structures with site locations, emphasizing buildability and functionality.
- Producing high-quality drawings that are easily interpreted and implemented by on-site teams
- 3-5 years of experience in Revit and Temporary Works Design. Fluency in Revit is essential.
- Proven track record in designing structures that are fit for purpose and compliant with site requirements.
- Ability to produce drawings that are usable by on-site personnel.
- Previous experience with prestigious projects or within highly experienced temporary works teams is advantageous.
- Over 5 years of experience in Construction Engineering/Temporary works roles within a consulting environment
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (5+ years)
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and train junior colleagues
- Advantageous experience across diverse projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
