- Provide a premium front-desk experience for all visitors and callers
- Manage calendars, meeting room bookings, and appointment scheduling
- Liaise professionally with internal teams and senior executives
- Assist with corporate correspondence, document handling, and general administration
- Maintain a well-presented reception space and uphold confidentiality at all times
- Previous reception or front-of-house experience in a corporate, medical, or professional services environment
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong client-service mindset
- Professional presentation and a warm, approachable manner
- Strong administrative and tech skills (including Microsoft Office)
- The ability to manage competing demands calmly and professionally
