In this role, you’ll identify the needs of customers, partners and other stakeholders, develop strategies to meet demands, work with R&D and across other departments to implement solutions, and manage and monitor progress. Your day to day activities will include customer and market research, developing product opportunities, field enablement, design and sprint reviews, negotiating scope, and reviewing business success metrics.

Your Responsibilities:

Receive incoming requests from customers and internal stakeholders, parse out the true underlying needs, and propose and prioritize solutions

Write business cases, use cases, user stories and requirements to enable effective product planning

Work closely with the development team to ensure that the highest priority tasks are worked on and to remove roadblocks

Lead and oversee customer discovery and research to understand needs and receive input on proposed solutions

Determine feasibility and impact of potential features

Develop, monitor, and evaluate key product and business metrics to improve customer, business and technical performance

Collaborate with other departments, building alignment and enabling internal stakeholders

Drive sprint planning & review including feature prioritization; champion these decisions with internal stakeholders across functions

Coaching and mentoring junior members of the team

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum Qualifications:

5 years B2B product manager, preferably in enterprise SaaS and SaaS Management

Strong preference for data-driven decision making, yet decisive and comfortable with ambiguity

Deep empathy for customers and user-centric focus

Ability to think strategically with methodical execution

Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills

Preferred Experience:

Enterprise contract compliance for hardware, software, and services from major vendors, e.g., Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP, Adobe

Core IT functions like IT Asset Management, IT Service Management, IT Financial Management, Enterprise Architecture, and Security

Working remotely, managing remote teams
