Conducting property research to find suitable commercial spaces for lease
Contacting and building relationships with real estate agents and landlords
Scheduling and attending property inspections across NSW and other states
Preparing and submitting offers to lease on behalf of the company
Negotiating terms and securing lease agreements in alignment with our business objectives
Creating property reports, conducting feasibility analysis, and presenting findings to leadership
Coordinating with legal and finance teams to finalise contracts
Supporting the onboarding of new franchise locations by ensuring smooth handover of secured properties
RequirementsWHO THIS ROLE IS FOR
Someone with a keen interest in commercial property, real estate, or business operations
Strong communicator who’s confident negotiating and building relationships
Organised and proactive — you enjoy working independently and hitting targets
Must have a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (property inspections required)
Based in Sydney — occasional interstate travel may be required
Ideal for someone studying property, commerce, or business — or recent graduate ready to grow with a fast-moving company
