- Conduct preventative maintenance according to Maintenance strategy
- Respond to machine breakdowns and take corrective action promptly
- Troubleshoot machines and equipment by making an assessment of a particular problem and estimating duration of time to repai
- Install, disassemble, assess, repair and reassemble machines, equipment and components
- Connect services where required
- Assist in the training and knowledge transfer to new starters and existing team
- Liaise with relevant personnel to ensure that all activities are conducted accurately and where problems arise, they are resolved promptly.
- Complete project improvement works
- Trade Qualification - Electrical Mechanic Licence or equivalent
- PLC, Variable Speed Drive and Instrumentation experience
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-speed manufacturing environment
- Previous maintenance experience (preventative and corrective)
- Strong problem-solving ability to troubleshoot control systems, processes and mechanical faults on equipment
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, health and the environmen
