Townsville – BohleWe’re recruiting for a major Australian manufacturer and supplier of steel that helps build everything from homes and hospitals to major infrastructure. Their Townsville site is growing, and they’re looking for dependable operators to join the team across several key areas of production.Available Roles:
- Sheeting Mill Operator – Operate rollforming machinery to produce high-quality roofing products.
- Purlin Mill Operator – Operate rollforming equipment to produce structural purlins, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Flashings Operator – Fabricate flashings to specification using sheet metal equipment.
- Mon–Thu: 6:00am – 2:30pm
- Fri: 6:00am – 12:00pm
- Overtime and Saturday work available
- Operating manufacturing machinery
- Loading and unloading steel coils using overhead cranes
- Performing quality checks to meet specifications
- Following production schedules and meeting targets
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work area
- Weekly pay and stable hours
- Overtime available (including Saturdays)
- Permanent opportunities for reliable team members

- Overhead crane experience (preferred)
- Previous manufacturing or machinery operation experience (preferred)
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Good attitude, team player, and safety-conscious
