For additional information, visit us at www.wipro.com.Job Description:IAM Program Security Lead /IAM ArchitectJob SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned IAM Program Security Lead to oversee the strategic direction, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. This role will lead enterprise-wide initiatives across workforce and customer identity domains, including platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, RSA and other IAM technologies. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills to drive secure, scalable, and compliant identity solutions.Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • 16+ years of experience in IAM, with leadership experience in enterprise-scale environments.
  • Proven expertise in Okta (Workforce and CIAM), SailPoint IdentityNow, and related IAM technologies.
  • Strong understanding of identity protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect), authentication flows, and access governance.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Directory Services, LDAP schema, and directory integrations.
  • Familiarity with IAM technologies such as CyberArk, HashiCorp, RSA, Radiator, Microsoft Entra ID
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, CCPA).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Okta and/or SailPoint certifications (Architect, Professional).
  • Experience with other IAM tools (e.g., Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra ID).
  • Background in telecom or service provider environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
