- Lead, mentor and support case management staff to ensure consistent, evidence-based practice.
- Monitor and strengthen service delivery, ensuring practice coherency and fidelity to the Housing Connect model.
- Oversee case allocation, workflow management, and client support pathways.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless, client-centred service delivery.
- Provide high-level advice on practice and service design, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- High level demonstrated understanding and application of evidence-based service design into practice.
- Demonstrated experience in building, inspiring and leading teams including monitoring team performance.
- Demonstrated experience in providing a high level of advice on a range of practice and service delivery issues, particularly in relation to evidence-based practice.
- Demonstrated experience with practice development and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate the translation of knowledge into practice and service objectives.
- Understanding of relevant theoretical and conceptual frameworks and commitment to the values and ideals of capabilities and Advantaged Thinking practice approaches.
- High-level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with a broad range of stakeholders in accordance with the Housing Connect 2.0 model, design principles and practices.
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- Tertiary qualifications relevant to the position or extensive experience and lesser qualifications deemed equivalent.
