Service Representative - Field-Based (Goldfields Region)Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives in the field? Do you enjoy working independently while making a real impact on-site? Our client, a leader in water industry, is seeking a Service Representative to join their team servicing mine sites across the Goldfields region.
As a key member of the field service team, you'll be the face of the company-delivering expert technical support, maintenance, and optimisation of water industry. You'll travel across the Goldfields, ensuring clients receive top-tier service and solutions.Key Responsibilities:

Travel to mine sites to perform service, maintenance, and technical support.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.
Prepare detailed and professional service reports.
Assist with installation and commissioning of chemical dosing systems.
Troubleshoot and optimise system performance in the field.
Manage your schedule to meet service level agreements.

To be successful in the role:

Current and valid full medical and drug & alcohol clearance (essential).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Willingness to travel regularly, including occasional trips to Perth.
Mechanical trade qualification (preferred but not essential).
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
