On Line Recruitment are looking for Labourers in the Shoalhaven AreaWe are looking for hardworking and versatile Labourers to join the team across the construction, civil works, and landscaping industries in the Shoalhaven local area. In this role, you will support various tasks on-site, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and ready to take on a wide range of responsibilities in a dynamic environment.As a Labourer, your role will include:

Assisting with general construction, civil works, or landscaping tasks as directed by the supervisor
Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
Preparing and cleaning work sites, including removing debris and setting up barriers
Operating basic tools and equipment safely and responsibly
Supporting skilled workers, such as carpenters, landscapers, or machine operators, as needed
Following safety protocols and reporting any hazards or issues immediately
Carrying out basic maintenance of tools and equipment

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Physical fitness and the ability to handle manual labour tasks in various weather conditions
A strong work ethic and a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices and a commitment to following them
Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
