- Take care of inbound leads, engage with them quickly, and close them accordingly
- Fine tune our overall inbound sales approach by testing new sales pitches, channels, strategies
- Share your findings about leads and clients, so that we can adjust our marketing strategy accordingly and drive better quality leads in bigger volume
- Drive Sleek's revenue growth month after month
- Engage with global sales leaders to share challenges and learnings, and hear from them
- Share your insights with the product team and play a key part in the next client acquisition product sprins
- 3+ years working in a sales, business development or SDR role with a proven track record of crushing your targets
- You are hungry for success and the commissions that come with it
- Proactive with a positive attitude to roll up their sleeves and ensure targets are exceeded
- A networker by heart with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for technology and the local startup ecosystem
- Inside sales experience prospecting and qualifying leads
- Sales CRM experience mandatory (Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc...)
