- Salary starting from $152,074 (depending on experience) + 15.4 % superannuation
- Permanent, full-time role (50/50 hybrid work-from home model)

- Lead and mentor the team, driving staff development and managing performance.
- Build strong relationships across ASIC and with external stakeholders in government and industry.
- Represent Registry Frontline Services in law reforms, strategic projects and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee electronic systems and services, delivering improvements and managing incidents.
- Drive development of online support tools, coordinating enhancements and defect resolution with IT.
- Liaise with stakeholders on Registry data access and ongoing service needs.
- Manage search channels and onboarding of new data partners and gatekeepers.
- Oversee gatekeeper strategies, agreements and compliance activities.
- Lead compliance programs to uphold data integrity across Registers.
- Engage effectively with industry groups, professional bodies and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to Registry Frontline Services strategy and business planning.
- Tertiary qualification in law, business, commerce or project management.
- Proven leadership in systems and service delivery, with a focus on team capability and collaboration.
- Strong understanding of ASIC's business processes, strategic priorities and operating framework.
- Experience leveraging IT infrastructure to improve end-to-end processes.
- Skilled in influencing across all organisational levels to build consensus.
- Ability to translate business needs to IT and vice versa, driving process optimisation and innovation.
- Strong decision-making in high-pressure, multi-priority environments.
- Balanced focus on business and IT strategy, workflow automation and service delivery.
- Expertise in managing change across people, processes and behaviours.
- Solid grasp of customer experience and user-centred design principles.
