This pivotal role involves close collaboration with the Finance Manager and Accountant to guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports, fostering smooth business operations across all departments.
- Full time hours per week- flexible arrangement
- Contract until mid-October
- Review and reconcile contracts with invoices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contract terms.
- Maintain detailed records of reconciliations and follow up on any discrepancies.
- Manage and track progress payments related to projects, ensuring they are processed on time and as per contractual agreements.
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients in accordance with contract agreements and project milestones.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in software Pronto
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
