This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time and Fixed Term Full Time appointments, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.Position Profile: This position coordinates organisation-wide projects, plans, and initiatives that relate to culture and values, diversity and inclusion, structural and cultural change, employee perception surveys and engagement, continuous improvement, employee experience/customer experience, professional and behavioural development, or other relevant organisational development areas that support broader PCC and WACHS strategic objectives. Organisational Development Consultants provide professional advice and consultancy to internal counterparts, management, and senior executive on strategic and operational matters.Eligibility to Apply: To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).Other Conditions: WA Health engages staff in positions of trust and responsibility.
