- An additional 6 days leave per year based on performance.
- $85,000 - $95,000 +super - depending on experience.
- Paid certifications and training.
- Mainly WFH remote working with occasional travel to client sites needed.
- Level 2 technical IT Support to monitor, troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware/software, server, and network connectivity issues for end users.
- Focus is on supporting M365 & Azure cloud technologies - Office 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Defender, Intune, Autopilot etc.
- Network support including connectivity troubleshooting and assisting with configuration of network devices - firewalls, wireless access points, routers, switches etc.
- Service Desk support using ConnectWise ticketing system.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Assist in documentation of IT processes.
- Work collaboratively with internal colleagues to resolve customer issues.
- Mainly WFH but occasional travel to customer sites is required for onsite support.
- Level 2 IT Support experience, supporting end user's desktop hardware, software and network connectivity issues.
- M365 & Azure support exp incl Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, Teams, Exchange Online etc
- Windows Server experience is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and customer facing abilities.
- Demonstrate proactively taking the initiative for self-learning and self-improvement.
- Display logical problem-solving abilities.
- Professional presentation and a social and friendly manner.
- Keen interest in emerging cloud technologies.
