The ability to build and develop positive relationships with students is paramount.The successful applicant will ideally be able to apply different teaching strategies to connect with students, create a safe and engaging learning environment and ultimately improve student outcomes. The capacity to use data and make evidence-based decisions to promote learning and excellence is highly desirable. Teachers and school administrators employed at Kambalda West District High School in 2025 are eligible to receive a temporary of $5 000 (pa, gross – to be adjusted pro rata for FTE and tenure). Eligible staff will receive a percentage of this payment on commencement at the school, with the remainder paid at the end of the school year.
