- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers via phone, email and video calls.
- Identify, and develop the customer base to have multi-product uptake (i.e. cross sell)
- Spending at least 70% of the time contacting current and prospective customers
- Achieving sales targets and maintain a growing customer database
- Applying CRM Management tools to improve prospecting and opportunity pipelines
- Work effectively within a team environment with the ability to communicate professionally internally and externally
- Have a strong eye for detail and an urgency to provide customers with the best possible service
- A Life Science or related degree with at least 3 years relevant laboratory experience
- Experience selling technology products or a strong desire to begin a sales career
- A passion to provide a high standard of customer service
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Professional approach and passion for success and can work autonomously
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to use CRM effectively
- High levels of energy and drive with an enthusiasm for selling
