- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles, preferably in financial or regulated industries.
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune in hybrid environments.
- Familiarity with Netskope, Darktrace, and other modern security platforms.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, firewalls, VPNs, and secure remote access.
- Proven experience working within or supporting ISO 27001 or similar cybersecurity frameworks.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-104, MS-102, SC-300).
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Azure Automation).
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Design, implement, and maintain core infrastructure services including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP.
- Manage and optimize a hybrid Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Administer and support Microsoft Intune for endpoint management and compliance.
- Oversee Azure IaaS/PaaS resources, ensuring cost-effective and secure cloud operations.
- Implement and manage Netskope for secure web gateway and cloud access security broker (CASB) functions.
- Monitor and respond to threats using Darktrace and other SIEM/SOAR tools.
- Contribute to the organization's cybersecurity posture, aligning with ISO 27001 standards and internal policies.
- Lead infrastructure projects, migrations, and upgrades with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT initiatives.
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and disaster recovery procedures.
