
Customer Service Officer

- Taking inbound calls from customers and responding to customer emails
- Service walk-in customers
- Actively work to provide fantastic customer service
- Process sales orders for customers, both repeat and new orders
- Communicating with production teams and sales teams about expected delivery times
- Manage customer order and delivery protocols
- Ensure accuracy of data entry pertaining to sales orders
- Collate and generate quality reports as required
- Support the warehouse function with invoicing and courier bookings
- Outbound phone calls to customers for check-ins and/or order/account queries
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment (ideally experience providing customer service via phone calls and email)
- Ability to learn computer systems for data-entry
- Customer focused
- Meticulous and organized
- Excellent communications skills in both written and verbal
- Team player attitude
- Strong time management skills including ability to deal with competing priorities
