Senior Accessibility Test Analyst***Must be Australian citizen with baseline clearance***Location: ACT, NSW, VICAre you passionate about ensuring digital experiences are accessible to everyone? We’re looking for a Senior Accessibility Test Analyst to support testing across cloud-hosted applications and SAP CRM Portals. You’ll play a vital role in embedding accessibility into enterprise platforms, leveraging WCAG 2.1 standards and assistive technologies to enhance the digital experience for all users.Key Duties:

Design and execute accessibility test plans, test cases, and scripts aligned with WCAG 2.1
Perform end-to-end accessibility audits across cloud platforms and applications
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure accessibility is built into solutions from the start
Prepare test documentation, defect reports, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

Key Criteria:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in accessibility & WCAG testing, including cloud-hosted systems and CRM portals
Proven expertise with WCAG 2.1 guidelines and impact on user experience
2+ years of accessibility testing in large-scale environments including 3rd party systems
Strong proficiency in tools such as WAVE, JAWS, ZoomText or similar
