Experience as Commis 1 or in the same capacity in an International Hotel/ Resort or a well-known restaurant is an advantage.
A graduate or has a certificate in culinary arts
Knowledgeable in good practice of Hygiene and Sanitation.

Guest-oriented, team player and has eye for details.
