Managing client files, approvals & reporting
Liaising with new and existing clients throughout sale and pre-construction
Accurate completion of new clients & sales files
Maintain a high level of customer service
Deliver administrative tasks and support where needed
Distribution of Construction Documentation
Accurate data entry using DataBuild & Onsite Companion

To be successful you will need

Emphasis on customer service and professionalism in your approach
Building & construction experience in a related role is essential
Experience working with clients building bespoke and high end residential houses
Exceptional time management
Advanced Microsoft Office skills experience with Databuild & Onsite Companion
A strong work ethic and ability to multi task
