- Set and lead squad vision and strategy, driving quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to align with prioritised business outcomes.
- Coordinate and empower cross-functional squads, ensuring delivery of customer-centric solutions and communicating delivery impediments.
- Collaborate with Agile Coaches and Chapter Leads to identify and resolve capability gaps, while fostering continuous learning and development.
- Manage day to day squad activities, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
- Own the end to end delivery process, including backlog refinement, story acceptance, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Demonstrate servant leadership, adaptability, and a passion for energising teams to bring the product vision to life.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders, incorporating feedback and adapting to changing priorities and business demands.
