This is a opportunity to lead payroll operations and support a key payroll transformation project. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will manage payroll for a small, national workforce nationally while playing an important role in supporting the transition of payroll to an outsourced model.Key priorities include:
- Leading and developing the payroll team to deliver accurate and timely payroll services
- Ensuring compliance with legislation and internal governance requirements
- Supporting the payroll service transition and associated process changes
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to embed new ways of working
You are an experienced Payroll Manager who can step into a contract role and quickly deliver results. You bring strong payroll leadership, governance expertise and experience with payroll system transitions.We are also looking for:
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- The ability to lead and influence in a changing environment
- Strong understanding of payroll process and policy development
- Project management capability
