- Minimum 12-36 months working in a similar role and/or completed relevant hospitality studies
- Ability to keep cool under pressure

- Formal hospitality studies completed
- Food safety supervisor certificate
- Expertise with fresh pasta making
- Prior pastry experience

- Butchery experience
- Proficiency in Italian cuisine
