  • $80,000 per annum + 12% Super + Generous

As a Family Support Specialist, you will work alongside families of young children with disability or developmental delays to ensure they feel empowered and equipped to navigate the NDIS and maximise the support available to their child. This role plays a vital part in creating positive, lasting change in the lives of children and families by helping them build capacity, set goals, and access the right services.You will:Build trusted relationships with families and service providersSupport families to understand, implement and review their child’s NDIS planFacilitate plan reassessments and monitor progress toward individualised goalsProvide practical guidance and emotional support, especially during challenging conversationsMaintain accurate documentation and manage administrative tasks efficientlyTo view a copy of the full Position Description, please click or visit the Each careers page at , navigate to ‘Work With Us’ > ‘Careers’ > ‘Open Roles’, and search for this position.
