This project is based in Orange, you will be required to travel to and from site in the week with a serviced apartment included.EXCAVATOR license required.Based in Sydney NSW with occasional regional work, the successful Leading Hand will manage civil, demolition and remediation projects. You will be supported by an experienced leadership team, inhouse delivery resources, and interstate resources where required.The Leading Hand is expected to be present on-site during key milestones, particularly during project kick-off, and this will mean travelling to project sites - this is an essential requirement of the role.The Leading Hand is expected to have a minimum of 5 years’ industry experience.Job Requirements
Planning and scheduling work with staff and contractors to meet project requirements
Conducting toolbox talks addressing safety, quality, and performance standards
On-site supervision of sub-contractors ensuring timeliness and quality standards are met
Facilitating regular and reliable delivery for the client along with operational updates
Ability to read and review construction drawings and plans
