  • Ensure written content on the new intranet is purposeful, accurate, clear, relevant and well presented.
  • Upload and format content using SharePoint.
  • Reshape content to adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members on the project.
  • Conduct content testing and quality checks in staging environments prior to go-live.
The Successful Applicant
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • High standard of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with accessible intranet or internet platforms that comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), and an understanding of best practice in digital accessibility.
  • Experience working with a range of content management systems (experience with SharePoint necessary).
  • Experience in writing and editing digital content in a medical, academic scientific environment. This includes an ability to simplify complex information for different audiences using plain language.
  • Experience with copywriting/publishing models.
  • Experience creating and maintaining a positive user experience on digital platforms (e.g. working knowledge of usability, information architecture principles, analytics/measurement and search engine optimisation).
